Campaign for The Mindy Project

Display Vehicle: Concept Truck
Campaign Start: September 2012
Run Time: Two Weeks

Description: On both the east and west coasts, glass walled concept trucks were used to help launch The Mindy Project, a new television show aired on Fox. These vinyl wrapped, glass walled trucks visited a Fox affiliate each morning for live shots and interviews then performed nail and hair makeovers for the public.

Each of the Fox affiliates in all 8 cities broadcast live video and tours of the vehicles. Not only did this hit the airwaves on public television, but the local affiliate websites carried the news for days (see bottom left front page of BulldogBillboards.com for an example). Each afternoon, the trucks traveled to highly pedestrian trafficked sites to give away free nail and hair makeovers in the truck according to the show’s theme “For anyone whose life is a work in progress”.

Hundreds of women loved their free and easy makeover plus free sample beauty products.
